Application Tips
Mix one part lightening cream with one or two parts oxidant, depending on your desired lift. Compatible with Wella Welloxon Perfect Pastel 1+2 Cream Oxidant or Wella Welloxon Perfect 6% 20 Volume Oxidant. Always use disposable gloves and prepare the mixture in a non-metallic bowl. Apply to dry, unwashed hair, monitoring the development every 5-10 minutes, and leave on for up to 50 minutes. Rinse once you reach your preferred shade.
