How it works
2. Earn Store Credit
Earn 15% of the product amount paid after item discounts. Shipping, taxes and duties are excluded.
3. View your Store Credit
Your available Store Credit appears in the Giosha account connected to the email used at checkout.
4. Use it on a future order
Sign in with the email used at checkout. When the balance is available, select the supported Store Credit option during a future giosha.com checkout.
Same account and currency
The Store Credit is issued to the customer account connected to the checkout email and in the currency used to pay for the order. Cross-currency conversion is not promised.
Returns adjust the credit
A cancellation, chargeback or full return removes the related credit. A partial return removes 15% of the returned net product amount after any related discount recalculation.
