Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed into our production system. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders after they have been submitted. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
• All US Orders: At GIOSHA, we believe every piece of jewelry you own should bring you joy and confidence. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30 day return and exchange policy, starting from the day your order arrives.
Please note: this policy applies only in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if a production/shipping error has occurred. In such situations, you may effortlessly return or exchange your purchase hassle free and at no additional cost. Simply contact us first and then send the item to our U.S. return warehouse, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your happiness is our priority, and we’re here to make sure your experience with us is as special as the jewelry you choose.
• All US Orders: Before proceeding with a return, please contact our team at contact@giosha.com. Kindly specify the reason for your return, and our GIOSHA team will guide you through the process to ensure your return is handled smoothly.
• Change of Mind Returns: Returns requested solely because the customer has changed their mind after delivery are not eligible. This is to protect our small business from fraudulent claims and to ensure fair practices for all.
• International Orders: All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized and Custom Items: All personalized items, including those with names, initials, or other custom features, are FINAL SALE. This includes items with single initials. Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Warranty Limitations:
Repairs performed outside of GIOSHA or alterations made by third parties will void the warranty. Additionally, items lost or damaged outside of normal wear and tear are not covered under our repair policy.
• International Orders:
Repairs for international orders may require extended processing times and will be subject to additional shipping fees.
