14-day notice period
When the EU right of withdrawal applies to a distance purchase, you can withdraw without giving a reason by notifying Giosha within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. If one order arrives in multiple parcels, the period generally begins when the final parcel or item is delivered, subject to applicable law.
Notify us before the period expires through account.giosha.com, by emailing contact@giosha.com, or with the model notice below. After notice, send the goods back within the legal period stated in the return instructions.
Free label and return destination
Giosha provides a free prepaid return label for an eligible withdrawal. Wait for authorization, the correct destination, and the label. Do not send goods to the company mailing address unless the instructions specifically direct you there.
Reimbursement
Giosha reimburses eligible payments, including the original standard-delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or you provide evidence of sending them, whichever occurs first.
The refund uses the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without adding a fee. If you selected delivery that cost more than the least expensive standard option offered, the extra express-delivery amount is not reimbursed.
Inspection, diminished value, and hygiene seals
You may handle a product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning as you reasonably could in a store. You can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that level.
The withdrawal right does not apply where the legal exception for sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons applies and the goods were unsealed after delivery. Cosmetics and personal-care products can fall within this exception when their retail seal, protective film, hygiene closure, or packaging is opened. Opening only the outer shipping carton does not by itself unseal the product.
This exception does not remove separate legal remedies for goods that are defective, unsafe, damaged, or not as described.
