Shipping Destinations

Giosha currently ships within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We're working to expand soon — email contact@giosha.com to be notified.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Carriers

We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground depending on order weight and destination. Tracking is included with every shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. Giosha collects and remits sales tax in states where we have a tax obligation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@giosha.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund as appropriate.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to reship — additional shipping fees may apply.
