These Terms of Service govern use of giosha.com and purchases from Giosha, which is operated by NEXT GENERATION MLS LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Store operator and contact

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account and checkout information, maintaining account security, and activity under your credentials. Do not use another person's payment or identity information without authorization.

Product information

We work to present product names, images, sizes, ingredients, colors, warnings, and descriptions accurately. Screens and packaging revisions can cause differences. Review the product label and manufacturer instructions before use. Stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if a reaction occurs.

Information on the site is for general shopping information and is not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Product availability and packaging can change. If a material product detail is incorrect, contact us before purchase or after delivery so we can review it.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory error, pricing error, payment failure, fraud risk, legal restriction, destination restriction, or quantity reasonably inconsistent with personal use. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount is returned to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts, currency, tax, and shipping shown at final checkout apply to the transaction. Errors can be corrected before fulfillment. You agree to provide current billing and shipping information and authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.

Promotions, Mix & Match, and Store Credit

Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. The current Mix & Match offer applies to every product: 2 items receive a 10% item discount and 3 or more items receive a 15% item discount. Different products and multiple units of one product both count. The matching discount and any combination rule appear in the cart and checkout.

Giosha Wallet rewards are promotional Store Credit, not cash, cashback, a bank balance, a purchased gift card, or a refund. Every product sold on giosha.com participates at the current 15% rate; the earning base is the product amount actually paid after item discounts and Store Credit used, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties. Pre-checkout amounts are estimates. Store Credit appears in the customer account connected to the email used at checkout and can be used on a future eligible giosha.com order. The separate Giosha Wallet Terms govern availability, use, currency, expiration, errors, and adjustments.

Giosha does not currently offer active subscriptions or auto-replenishment. If that changes, a recurring purchase begins only after the customer expressly selects it, and the then-published Subscription Terms become part of these terms.

Delivery dates are estimates unless the selected carrier service expressly guarantees them. Title, risk, and mandatory consumer rights are determined by applicable law and the transaction circumstances.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law or another person's rights; submit malicious code; scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner; interfere with security; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders; or misuse site content, trademarks, or product data. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, and providers.

Third-party services and links

Shopify and other providers support payments, hosting, analytics, customer service, shipping, and related features. Third-party services and sites have their own terms and policies. A link does not by itself mean that Giosha controls or endorses every statement on the linked site.

Intellectual property

The Giosha site design, original text, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product and third-party brand names, images, and marks belong to their respective owners. No ownership or official affiliation is implied by listing a product for sale.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided subject to applicable law. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Giosha is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for interruption caused by events outside reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in the customer's jurisdiction.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use of the services or material breach of these terms. This provision does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and severability

We may update the services and these terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.

Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by laws applicable to NEXT GENERATION MLS LLC and the transaction, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer in their home jurisdiction. Contact contact@giosha.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.
