Mix the Blondor Plex powder with Welloxon Perfect developer at 4%, 6%, 9%, or 12% strength, depending on your desired result. For on-scalp applications, do not exceed 6% developer. Always use gloves and prepare the mixture in a non-metal bowl. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and process for up to 50 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly once the desired lightness is achieved. Professional use is recommended.
