Always blend this neutralizer with your chosen Igora Royal Hair Color—do not apply directly to hair. Use a non-metallic bowl for mixing. Adjust the amount of neutralizer based on your hair’s level: use 5% (3g) for levels 8-9, 15% (9g) for levels 6-7, and 25% (15g) for levels 1-5. Add an oxidant in equal measure to the combined dye and neutralizer. Follow the specific instructions included with your hair color for optimal application.
