Application Tips
Start by thoroughly cleansing your eye area with Refectocil Eye Makeup Remover to ensure it is free of makeup and oil. For extra protection, use Refectocil Under Eye Protective Pads to shield the skin. Mix the dye with Refectocil Oxidant (sold separately) as directed. Apply to eyebrows from root to tip with a stick, leaving it on for 5-10 minutes depending on your desired intensity, then remove excess with a dry cotton ball. For eyelashes, keep eyes closed during application, coat lashes completely, and leave on for 5-10 minutes before wiping away the dye and rinsing with damp cotton wool.
