Application Tips
Start by thoroughly cleansing your brows and eye area with Refectocil Eye Makeup Remover to ensure all makeup and oils are removed. Protect the surrounding skin using Refectocil Under Eye Protective Pads. In a mixing dish, blend 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of Refectocil Cream Oxidant (sold separately) using a mixing stick. The mixture may have a slightly rougher consistency than other dyes. Apply from root to tip of the brows. For a subtle lift, leave on for 5 minutes; for a more noticeable lightening, extend up to 20 minutes. Adjust timing based on your desired level of lightening, then remove with a dry cotton ball.
